During the roaring 1920s and the following 1930s the art of portraiture was perfected to a degree that is simply not seen today. Hollywood portrait photographers made images that created movie icons and still fascinate people 100 years later.
Often their secret died with them.
Paolo Ciccone, an Italian portrait artist living in Charleston, has studied and decoded the magic of those great artists and is bringing the glory of Hollywood’s golden age portraits for a selected group of just five families.
Paolo’s mission is simple: create a beautiful portfolio of family portraits that will be unique, stunning, and breathtaking. And in glorious Black and White.
We are looking for five amazing families that desire artistic elegant portraits for their legacy. In exchange for their consent to use the produced images in his portfolio, Paolo will give them a complimentary studio portrait session and two desktop matted prints, an $850 value.
Want to be part of this exciting project? Please fill out the form below and let us know more about your family and why you would be a great subject to include. We will call you within a couple of days to talk more about the portrait session.
Please note that submission will not guarantee that you will be selected. There are only five spots available and we will have to give priority to families that most closely fits the criteria for the portfolio.
Please also note that we are not able to accommodate children younger than 6 years of age. We want to create a fun and relaxed environment for you, and younger children get often intimidated by the new environment and photographic equipment. That is not fun for them and the parents.
We are looking for all kind of groups: husband and wife (with and without children), husband & husband, wife & wife, brothers and sisters, etc. We want our portfolio to be as diverse as it can be.
